Overview:
SkyListr, a subscription-based residential real estate photography service, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photo Editor. This role is crucial in enhancing the visual appeal of property images through high-quality editing techniques. It offers a part-time schedule with a clear path to full-time employment and a significant pay increase within six months.

Responsibilities:

Edit, retouch, and finalize aerial and traditional photos for real estate listings.
Apply advanced editing techniques including image enhancement, virtual staging, and creating virtual twilight photos.
Perform item removal and virtual cleaning to ensure pristine presentation of each property.
Collaborate closely with photographers and project managers to maintain the highest standards of image quality.
Manage multiple editing projects efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Work Schedule:

15-20 hours per week
2 days a week on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
3 days a week on Philippines Time
Compensation:
25,000 PHP (negotiable)
Competitive salary with a 50% pay increase upon transitioning to full-time.
Additional $100 per month to supplement software and equipment costs.
Requirements:

Required Skills:

MUST be able to perform the following:
Image Enhancement: Adjust lighting, color, and sharpness to bring out the best in each photograph.
Virtual Staging: Digitally furnish properties to enhance buyer appeal.
Virtual Twilight Photos: Create evening or dusk scenes digitally to showcase properties in different lighting.
Item Removal & Virtual Cleaning: Remove unwanted items and clean spaces virtually to ensure the photographs depict the property at its best.
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
