I’m looking for an Experienced Photo Editor / Virtual Assistant for ongoing work in the SEO field. Must have some photoshop experience.
40 hours per week – Long Term. I need a partner who can work 40 hours a week every week. There will be a trial period of only 20 hours per week the first few weeks to see if you’re a good fit.
Payment is weekly
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
One scheduled weekly video meeting with me – PAID
Image Sourcing for a blog – research and gather relevant images from various places across the internet
Photoshop Editing – edit those images in Adobe Photoshop according to a set of requirements
Logging all your hours for each project in a time tracking app
POSSIBLE OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uploading articles to wordpress
Making affiliate links
Adding in affiliate links in wordpress
Write and apply schema
Html and CSS coding (using templates provided)
Downloading/uploading files to and from Google Drive
Keyword research
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP SKILLS INCLUDE:
Camera raw filter editing
Clone stamp tool
Resizing and cropping
Understanding smart object layers vs rasterized layers
TOOLS YOU WILL BE USING:
Gmail
Google Drive – including Docs and Sheets
Trello
Slack for communication
Zoom for weekly video calls with me
Adobe Photoshop
Ahrefs
Wordpress
Paymo for time tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to follow directions extremely well
Must be able to read an SOP and watch a video to learn the required tasks
Low to Medium level photoshop experience is required
I will train you to do the exact photoshop tasks that are required
Detail oriented
Fast turnaround times
Responsive
Fluent in english
THE BEST VA WILL:
Stop and ask questions when things aren’t right
Not pretend to know when instructions are unclear
Understand how small projects working together can create big results
