Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Photo Selector and Editor with expertise in Portrait Photography to join our team. As our Photo Selector and Editor, you will be primarily focused on selecting the best images and thumbnails to use for short dynamic videos that captivate our audiences on various digital platforms. You’ll have the chance to work with an award-winning photographer and talented team. If you have a passion for photography, an eye for detail and selection, and expertise in photo retouching and editing, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Selecting and curating high-quality photographs and thumbnails for various video projects.
Retouching and enhancing images to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Managing the post-production process, including file handling and organization.
A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ensure consistency in photo quality, color grading, and overall aesthetic with a calibrated monitor.
Knowledge of importing and exporting photos, with various formats and sizes.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Required skills: Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Capture One,
Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop with expertise in editing portraits.
