Job Description: Virtual Assistant – Photo & Video Content Creator

We are looking for an experienced and skilled content creator that can curate both photo & video content. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in producing creative content for our business using resources and footage provided by us. Proficient experience with the Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Premiere Pro CC, Illustrator, etc.) is required for this position. This position is part-time with potential growth to full time based on quality of work and value brought to the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Utilize your video editing skills to transform video footage, photos, and sample audio into high-quality, visually appealing videos. You will be responsible for gathering footage (available from folders provided to you), editing that footage into an appropriate advertisement (with information provided to you).
2. Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging visual content that aligns with our brand image and marketing objectives. This includes designing photo & video graphics and other visual elements to enhance the overall appeal of the content.
3. Video Enhancement: Apply special effects, filters, transitions, and other enhancements to elevate the quality and impact of the videos.
4. Social Media Content: Create video content tailored for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, to enhance our online presence and engagement.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets our specific needs by a deadline.
6. Photo Graphics Creation: Create visually appealing infographic flyers and graphics while also being able to work off of a previously created file (customizing a photoshop file).
7. Content Management: Organize and manage video files, graphics, and other digital assets for easy access and future use.
8. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
2. Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and content composition.
3. Strong knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and optimization techniques for different platforms.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand project requirements and deliver results that meet our business objectives.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to handle revisions and feedback.
7. Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain digital assets efficiently.
8. Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in video editing and content creation.
9. Able to meet specific deadlines for weekly / monthly responsibilities.
