Job Description: Our marketing agency is seeking a talented and creative Photo and Video Editor to join our team and support our Director of Media in meeting various editing needs. As a Photo and Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and create compelling content for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Photo and Video Editing: Edit photos and videos for multiple clients to ensure high-quality visual content. Enhance images and videos using software to meet client specifications and project objectives. Crop, retouch, and color correct images and videos as needed for a polished final product.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director of Media to understand project requirements and timelines. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality in all visual materials. Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into the editing process.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all edited content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Review and proofread edited materials to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.

Client Management:
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional work. Adapt to varying client preferences and branding guidelines to maintain client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience: Previous experience in photo and video editing is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Editing Software: Familiarity with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools is essential.

Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong artistic and creative abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail to produce high-quality visual content.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and client expectations, adjusting editing styles and techniques accordingly.
