OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a talented Designer for Print on Demand & Photoshop Expert with 1+ years of previous design experience Print on Demand Design creation. The role requires an expert in Photoshop as the biggest factor. Experience with POD designs, Product Mock Ups in Photoshop, Midjourney, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator are all advantages but not required. The rest will be taught.
You will be creating various tshirt and hat designs for several different brands in the Outdoor, Golf, or Lifestyle niches.
TASKS:
The Main Task will be creating your own 30-60 new tshirt designs per week using Midjourney and Photoshop based on our internal design idea list.
Creating t-shirt designs from our existing templates
Editing small changes to midjourney-generated designs in photoshop
Creating product mock-up templates for Hats, tshirts, and polos in Photoshop to insert designs onto
Creating Email design and Ad Creatives for POD products with Canva and Photoshop
REQUIREMENTS:
Expert in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. (Absolute Must)
Expert in graphic design for Print On Demand. Screen Printing, Digital Print, etc.
A go-getter, Creative thinker, an eye for trending designs. Someone who can brainstorm and come up with their own unique designs outside of us giving you designs to create.
Speak & write in fluent English
Able to work 20-40 hours a week

Bi weekly zoom calls with me as needed on training and collaboration
Canva Account
Midjourey Alpha Account and Our Internal Midjourney Training
Internal Team Channel for tasks and communication.
Access to any other software or Ai tools you need to perform the tasks at hand.
*An Adobe Photoshop Account is the only thing not provided (You must have your own)
HOURS: 20-40 hours/week depending on how many of the above tasks your able to take over. Duration: 1 Year – indefinitely.
*This Position will start off as a PAID 30-day trial period to make sure its a good fit for you and us.
RATE: $6-11/ Hour & Additional Bonus Incentives post 30-day trial period
