Photoshop expert / Graphic Designer / E-mail marketing

We are currently looking for a new employee with expert level graphic design skills and email/social media marketing experience. We need someone who’s available for full-time, and is willing to commit for a long time. Above all you need to be pro-active and have an eye for detail.

The possibilities are endless as our female fashion brand continious to grow bigger, but we do expect full commitment, focus and excellent work that shows your ambition. This is not a job for someone who’s just looking to make a few bucks and just doing some work during the week.

Must-have skills include:

-Adobe photoshop expert (includes test assignment)
-E-mail marketing pro (able to write high converting newsletters)
-Technical background to handle more complicated tasks, for example: store theme editing etc.
-Excellent in English

Your tasks are diverse but will include:

-Email marketing + social media
-New product research + improve content + descriptions
-Manage the product catalogue(improve, re-arrange, discounts, sales etc)
-Take ownership of improvement projects and report to the owner (examples: store translations or retail portal)
-Help customer support team if needed
-Other ecommerce related tasks

For your other skills and qualification we ask that you:

-Pay attention to details & fast learner
-Have at least 6 months experience with copywriting / product descriptions / email marketing
-Have experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing software
-Experience with social media management
-Able to work without much management
-Excellent in English
-Good time management skills
-Have a “Can Do” positive attitude/mindset

Preferred, but not a must have:

-Knowledge of advertising platforms (google ads / FB)
-Experience with making product content on social media like instagram and tiktok
-Experience with video-editing

We expect from our employees that they use a finetuned to-do system for themselves including a knowledgebase to write down all the info. As a company we use Trello for both. Forgotten tasks or having to explain procedures over and over will not be accepted.
