Photoshop Expert Wanted

Who We Are:

We are a leading Christmas light installation company seeking a talented Photoshop expert to create stunning renderings for our festive displays. Our current PNGs need a pro touch to apply perfectly, depending on photo perspectives.

Project Types:

We handle various projects with different scopes:
– Large Projects: 8-10 pieces of artwork, site plans, presentations, and detailed pricing. Delivery Time: 15 days
– Medium Projects: 3-5 pieces of artwork, presentations, and a mix of custom and stock decor. Delivery Time: 10 days
– Small Projects: 1-2 pieces of artwork and straightforward presentations. Delivery Time: 5 days

We rely on third parties to deliver these assets, and while the standards are high, the delivery time is long since we need to wait in line for requests.

Therefore, we aim to bypass the queue and cut down the overall delivery time for each project to hours/days on an ad hoc basis as estimation requests come in.

Any given year you’ll be expected to turn over hundreds of renderings, as you assist our Creative Director in delivering a visual stunning rendering for stakeholders to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our Creative Director and design teams to craft top-notch presentations with efficiency as a priority.
– Fine-tune visual assets and enhance our production pipeline through innovative tools and support.
– Design visual collateral, including presentation decks and graphics.
– Design digital content such as emails and social media graphics.
– Manage multiple projects within design specifications and deadlines.
– Stay updated on new creative techniques and trends.
– Assist on other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

– Two to four years of relevant experience.
– Proficient in Photoshop.
– Bonus: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Ability to work within diverse design-team dynamics and produce a wide range of digital materials in a specific timeframe.
– Flexibility to work within changing priorities and attention to detail.
– A strong understanding of typography, illustration, motion graphics, and photography is a plus.
– Ability to plan and organize projects and self-manage priorities and workflow.
