We have a YouTube channel where we narrate and produce scary stories. We’re looking to bring on serious team members for long-term career progression with us.
We are at the top of our niche and looking to break through to a mass audience. The channel has over half a million subscribers and counting, and so we’re looking to bring on people who will help us reach that special 1mil mark.
We are currently building our A+ design and marketing team that will help us achieve those goals. This is a new department.
The position involves creating thumbnails for past and upcoming videos. You would be reading the scripts, coming up with a thumbnail concept, and posting the finished product.
The goal would be to create thumbnails that are eye-catching, match the title, and similar to the art style of our top-performing videos from our channel.
Must haves:
-HIGH-LEVEL SKILL IN MIDJOURNEY and your own account
-HIGH-LEVEL Photoshop skills, particularly in photo manipulation
-Excellent English
-Excellent communication
-Completely open schedule (no undergrads, this is a 9 – 5)
-Excellent and innovative attitude
Good to have:
– Experience with AI prompts
– Past experience in skills related to photo enhancement
– Basic or Intermediate Understanding of YouTube analytics
Position Specifics:
Long-term position with career progression. We offer access to online courses to constantly improve and expand your skills.
You will be working 9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday, Philippine time, and must be available during that time. As this is a new department, we want people to actively collaborate with each other on calls, meetings, and chats.
