We are a UK based property management company looking for a qualified and experienced full-time PHP developer to further develop and maintain our in-house web-based property management portal.
You MUST have extensive experience in the following:
– PHP Laravel
– React
– (My)SQL / database management
– Server management
– Setting up a professional application development environment (i.e. separate servers for development and live versions, etc)
Please do not apply if you are less than very confident in the above, as you will NOT be considered for the position.
It would be great if you also had experience with the following (but not crucial):
– WordPress
– Data Warehouse development & reporting
Our current application has been developed by a company who unfortunately was not competent to do the job properly. We are looking for someone who can improve the following (ut not limited to)
– Design & layout, user friendliness
– Mobile responsiveness
– Develop new functionality such as visual maintenance follow-up functionality based on floorplans – see /en/next-field/ for example of this
– Weekly status reporting for every tenant
– Establish proper application and database backup routines
– Potentially set up mirror database for reporting purposes (as needed)
