Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into opportunities, with exceptional customer service skills. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments that convert Facebook and Instagram leads into new patients for our practice.

Key Responsibilities

– Contact 50 to 150 leads daily, making two calls per lead to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
– Utilize exceptional customer service skills to engage leads, understand their needs, and schedule appointments.
– Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target demographics.
– Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
– Provide feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of our lead generation and appointment setting processes.
– Required Skills and Experience
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or a similar role with a focus on lead conversion and customer service.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients in a meaningful and persuasive manner.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
– Experience with CRM software and proficiency in managing and analyzing lead data.
– A positive attitude and a team player mentality, with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
– Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and their use in lead generation and marketing strategies.

Healthcare experienced preferred
