PIM Coordinator

Product Information Management(PIM) Coordinator Starting Rate: $7/hour + 13th month pay

Summary – We are looking for a tech-savvy quick-learner with Excellent English, someone who enjoys/has experience working with others. This is Part time 15-25 hours/week with a potential to become a full time position as a PIM Coordinator. This position will give you opportunity to work with many departments within a large corporation. You will be trained to become the #1 expert of the PIM system within the company. Others such as Product Managers, or content creators will come to you for questions in regards to using the PIM system. You will also support IT departments on integrations and new improvements.

REQUIRED: Online working hours 9AM-Noon EST (9PM-Midnight PH time) available starting Mid-Late July 2023
REQUIRED: Typing speed 60+ words per minute
REQUIRED: Fluency in English and with near-perfect pronunciation (Very Important), excellent internet connection with webcam and mic.
REQUIRED: Experience working with data systems
REQUIRED: Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros
REQUIRED: Must be able to use Time-tracking software- Hubstaff(will be provided)

Ecommerce listing Bulk Uploads (Amazon/Ebay)
Process development
Engineer, Trainer, IT
Experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably in a global setting.
Skills in data mining and reporting using tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, PowerBI, and SQL

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure on-time launch of new products.
Support the balancing and prioritization of customer requests to meet or exceed customer expectations on publication/delivery times.
Communicate and Train users on the proper use of the PIM. Manage workflow/processes inside the PIM system.
Manage the success and effectiveness of international teams through individual and team performance management.
Identify and execute opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality.
Work with IT teams to set up requirements for new features within the PIM system.
Troubleshoot system integration issues with IT team.
Drive efficiencies in the development and maintenance of product marketing data to meet defined KPIs.
