Pinterest Social Media Manager

We are a KDP publishing business that has a children’s book brand. We seek a Social Media Manager who can create engaging content, manage our Pinterest, and analyze data to improve our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, have excellent communication skills, and should be able to use AI tools to create better content. They should be experienced in developing social media campaigns, monitoring campaigns, and analyzing data to obtain insights that can be used to enhance our social media presence. After being hired, you will spend the first two weeks creating a schedule of pins to go live.

Part-Time Position: 15 Hours per week
Salary: 150/Month with Quarterly Bonuses based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, 30 – 50 pins per week on Pinterest.
Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns and monitor campaigns to track progress.
Use AI tools such as Chat GPT to create better content that resonates with our target audience.
Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, features, and best practices.
Communicate effectively with senior management and content developers.

Qualifications:

At least 1 years of experience in social media management.
Experience with Pinterest.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to create engaging content.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and obtain insights.
