Job Title: Pipedrive Consultant/Expert

Job Description:
As a Pipedrive Consultant/Expert at The TE Group, you will play a critical role in guiding and supporting our team in maximizing the potential of the Pipedrive CRM platform. You will work closely with various departments to understand their unique needs and workflows and provide expert advice and solutions to optimize their use of Pipedrive.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with different departments to assess their current use of Pipedrive and identify areas for improvement.
• Customize and configure Pipedrive to align with the specific needs and workflows of each department.
• Provide guidance and best practices to ensure effective utilization of Pipedrive across the organization.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on Pipedrive functionalities and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or challenges encountered by team members.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Pipedrive and assess their potential impact on our organization.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement integrations with other tools and systems to enhance the functionality of Pipedrive.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with Pipedrive CRM, including customization, implementation, and training.
• Strong understanding of sales and business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions within Pipedrive.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Pipedrive or equivalent experience is preferred.
