Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled PipeDrive Specialist to join our team.
As a PipeDrive Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our sales pipeline, contacts, organizations, and sequences within the PipeDrive CRM software.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with PipeDrive, including but not limited to lead management, contact organization, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities:
– [ ] Receive messages or voice notes from the company owner via WhatsApp containing lead information, contacts, and relevant details.
– [ ] Create leads, organizations, contacts, and other necessary entities within the PipeDrive CRM based on the information provided.
– [ ] Ensure accurate and complete data entry, including but not limited to lead details, contact information, sequences, notes, and follow-up tasks.
– [ ] Organize and categorize leads, contacts, and organizations effectively to facilitate efficient sales pipeline management.
– [ ] Utilize PipeDrive’s features and functionalities to optimize sales workflows, including creating and managing sequences for automated follow-ups.
– [ ] Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of leads and contacts into the sales process.
– [ ] Maintain data integrity within the PipeDrive CRM, regularly updating and cleansing records as needed.
– [ ] Provide training and support to team members on PipeDrive usage and best practices.
– [ ] Stay updated on PipeDrive updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
– [ ] Assist in generating reports and analyzing sales data to provide insights for sales strategy optimization.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with PipeDrive CRM software, including proficiency in lead management, contact organization, and sequence creation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Full time, Monday through Friday.
