You would be gathering data from:
CallRail
Google Ads
Emails
Adding it to Spreadsheet and in two places inside the CRM.
This is for the self motivated person that likes to get their stuff done, and enjoys working from home. Should already have experience and existing freelance clients that you do things for with some references.
Scope of day-to-day: Able to check each lead that came in and make sure things are current.
Able to follow the process of Leads coming in.
Being added to the spreadsheet.
Checking the data sources.
Verifying nothing is missing.
Able to follow the bouncing ball because there are many layers to how each lead has data points that correspond with tasks needed to be set and cards needed to be managed.
This role is managing live leads that are coming into the business, along with the pipeline and tracking systems to keep everyone that needs to speak with the leads on track.
It is a role that requires commitment and focus. Not a fit for someone that is willy-nilly interested one day and then calling in sick the next.
We will train you on each aspect including checking that leads are added as a Contact inside our Go High Level CRM, and that they are properly tagged.
Able to check that profile info is correct or message if it is not. Also checking that the Opportunity card is correct and in the right stage.
Learning when and how to be Adding tasks for the owners as needed.
You will help adhere them to standard parameters we are looking to keep as standard operating procedures for the spreadsheet, the Go High Level CRM, and the Opp cards, lead profiles.
We will provide full training via Google Meet on a session by session basis. Some of which you will drive the bus so to speak, at times you will be watching us go through the aspects to become familiar with how things work inside and outside the pipeline.
This is a part time role 1-3 hours a day with the ability to work from home. Looking for someone that can work 5-6 days per week. Must have a laptop or desktop and a good wifi connection.
You cannot solely work from a phone.
Must be able to be in a quiet place for video calls and training.
Future hours will expand as you learn more and we bring on others that you can then train to oversee. With the documented systems we create together for the team.

If needed this role could qualify as a paid internship (if you need the college credit). We would be happy to allow you to claim your hours for paid internship credit with your school.
Preferred hours are midday PST, during business hours EST.
Our Corp office is located in EST time zone. Once you are trained we can offer more hours and training in how to document the process in loom videos and how to manage VA’s for different roles on the team that we will build together.
This is a paid role that will range from $16-20 per hour depending on your skills and experience. You would be an independent 1099 freelancer and we pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your preference for pay period. Payment is via Zelle or Venmo. As a freelancer you will be 1099’ed Annually for payments made to you for the tasks completed.
