Pipeline Team Lead + Reconcile Expert

You love to work from 9am to 12pm PST, from home. AND, you’re awesome at following the bouncing ball.

You can keep your head on a swivel, oversee things and find the data when we train you the steps to take for where to look.

You are a team player that wants to work 4-5 days a week for 3-4 hours per day.

You like the idea of weekends off.

You are proficient with following visual instructions and you take ownership and responsibility for your work.

You are someone who is easily self managed and can learn what to do with the shadow training and hands on training to complete the tasks consistently and meticulously.

You have experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics, GHL, CallRail and other data platforms.

This is for a self starter who loves to freelance and has some clients but wants 1 more.

Can be a 3 day weekend / weekends off most weekends, must show up. Must be able to follow the training and execute with your time. We do not hire clock watchers, this is not a charity. TASKS include reconcile all leads from Facebook and Google onto the spreadhseet, making sure all missing data is found.

Identifying the lead that is on the sheet is inside GHL and the entire log is current, correct, and up to date.

Checking tags, Notes, Tasks, and setting tasks when needed in GHL.

Knowing how to read data in Google ads for spreadsheet KPI reporting.

Smart and easy to get along with.

Someone that is a good listener and can follow the instructions, doing an excellent job of what is asked of them.
