Job Description

We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team immediately as a Placement/Staffing Coordinator Assistant. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for our childcare team searching for temporary or part-time work and families in need of part-time or temporary childcare. Join our team as a Placement/Staffing coordinator and play a vital role in our company’s success! We are searching for someone who will enjoy helping families find the best childcare possible.

**Position Details:**
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6pm – 11pm EST and Saturday 9am – 5pm EST
Extended hours Saturday optional Sunday hours optional
(Position is 33 hours per week)
**Responsibilities:**
– Fill temporary staffing needs, including last-minute placements
– Ensure all shifts are adequately filled
– Respond to inquiries via email, text, and calls, assisting families and nannies through our designated app
– Organize and save documents to a shared Dropbox
– Update excel spreadsheets and Google Docs
– Enter relevant notes into the database or app
– Act as a positive role model for the company through excellent customer service
– Perform other related duties as assigned including company projects
– Note: This role includes on-call duties, requiring flexibility to answer the company phone outside normal business hours.

**Skills/Qualities Required:**
– Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written
– Previous staffing experience is preferred but not required
– Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist clients and nannies
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to download and maintain at own expense with at least 2 years of experience
– Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
– Quick thinker with the ability to adapt
– Comfortable with virtual training sessions via Zoom or Ring
– Availability to attend weekly virtual meetings
– Ability to work from home in a quiet space with a computer and reliable internet access
