Plans for Fire Department Fire Hydrant System

Looking for a draftsperson with Civil Engineer Fire Hydrant skills needed in order to design a Residential Fire Hydrant System to extend up a up-hill 400 Foot Driveway. Topo Map will be provided and the site plans will require a booster pump mid way for California Los Angeles Fire Department Standards and Water Storage Tanks according to Los Angeles County Fire Department Standards. Need drawing good enough to submit to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Civil Engineer in California will review plans and stamp them for submittal. The Water Tanks will need to be whatever is required for a 8,000 SF Residential Home with a large swimming pool and pump system and water storage tanks will require specifications on foundation for the water storage tanks.
Requirements
Fluent in English
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience with working with Fire Department Plans and civil engineering background.
Knowledge of Fire Department Requirements from Los Angeles County Website
