• May put in infrastructure with PMO resources to gain flexibility in the schedule such as leveraging PMO Coordinators or job share the role while maintaining and assuring a seamless experience to company by signing off and working fluidly together
Position Overview
As the PMO Lead at HLTHX, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading the PMO office. You will be responsible for ensuring that our tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes and tools, and for ensuring that these are followed by all HLTHX team members. In addition, yearly project planning and enterprise oversight will be a responsibility.
Responsibility Overview
· Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure successful task delivery
o Support company management in all project matters, establishing an efficient structure with necessary tools and resources
· Operational Excellence:
o Collaborate with ELT and team members on objectives, goals and deliverables and related initiatives, meeting regularly to review status, identify issues, work toward resolution, and maintain plans
o Evaluate current processes and create and implement new methods
o Continuously evaluate outcomes, analyze lesson learned, and implement process improvement to enhance overall project efficiency
o Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed
o Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
o Present regular project status report
Qualifications
· 5+ years experience in a PMO role with international and start-up companies
· Thorough understanding of project management best practices, with continuous improvement as a core value
· Experience leading the implementation of start-ups and healthcare industry
· Strong skills with leadership, conflict management, negotiation
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
