We looking for an extremely experienced and savvy listing manager. This person need confirmed experience with Hostaway, Guesty or Hostify. Significant experience on , using all its features and Pricelabs. The person must be very comfortable with syncing these softwere together and using them to their fullest capabilities. I am looking for an EXPERT for a long term partnership on great salary. (Note: Only applications with verified experience)

Job Description:
This person will be handling the most complex factors of my growing 100 apt short term rental portfolio, the work times will be very flexible, but he needs to be available at any time with short notice to handle emergency tasks.

* Managing channel manager
* Calendar management
* List properties and connect to all softwere
* Actively find ways to improve listings and increase profitability
* Pricing optimization
* Coordinating maintenance issues and scheduling contractors
* Scheduling cleaners
* Setting up and integrating listings on Airbnb, Booking, Hostaway, Pricelabs VRBO, etc
* Setting up automated messages
* Filing Airbnb Reimbursement
* Canceling Airbnb booking without any penalty
* Price Comparison

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult messages clearly and empathetically; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
* An active listener who can think quickly and critically under pressure.
* Able to confidently solve complex problems, while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling costs.
* Ability to calmly thrive under pressure, perform consistently, and work with a sense of urgency.
* Superb organization skills in order to prioritize and manage a large volume of cases during peak periods, as well as work autonomously.
* Must be resourceful and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
* Must be a self-starter, able to recognize needs before a task is assigned.

What You’ll Do:
You will be my personal assistant in my growing short term rental protfollio handling all the most complex tasks.

1. Be available to list new apartments with short notice and connect them to all the softwere.
2. Activity go through all listings, look for mistakes and ways to improve profitability. Make sure everything is set up to perfection on each platform and connected properly.
3. Provide help with revenue managment.
4. Activity find ways to take more tasks away from the owner and come up with ideas to increase the profitability of the portfolio
5. Potentially assist in hiring more virtual assistants.

What You’ll Need
1. Fully remote position; you will need your own laptop, reliable high speed internet, and a productive working environment. Hours can be somewhat flexible depending on the tasks.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English.
3. Ability to promptly respond to my messages at any day of the week
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
