About the Role

As a Pod Coordinator at upGrowth Commerce , you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination within our client service teams. You will bridge the gap between our media buyers and growth strategists, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly. This role requires a deep understanding of project management and media buying to provide the necessary support and insight to our teams.

Responsibilities

– Track any & all ongoing tasks
1. Task follow ups
2. Tracks Monthly scope to ensure full service delivery
– Checking in with Growth Strategist on a weekly basis to update
1. Setting up new client folders in Google Drive
2. Duplicating onboarding document & management structure to ensure consistency of onboarding experience, both internally & externally
3. Perform Data Gathering & Entry tasks
– Customer match lists, etc
1. Research Tasks
– Client research
– Competitor research
– Review mining

Team communications
– Ensuring everyone within the pod is up to date with ongoing tasks, deadlines, commitments, etc
1. Meeting notes
– Creating & sending out meeting agendas in advance of meetings
– Talking meeting notes, saving to the correct database, and sending copies out to all stakeholders
1. Presentation slides
– For any presentations, ie Onboarding as well as strategic reviews, building out slides based on direction from Growth
1. Strategist
2. General Growth Strategist Assistance
– Booking any needed client meetings in advance
– Anything else required to manage pod clients

Requirements

Proven experience in project management.
Experience with marketing/media buying tools and practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Proactive problem solver.
Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent time management skills.
