Podcast and Guest Booking Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Podcast and Guest Booking Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing opportunities for interviews on podcasts and other relevant platforms and booking guests for our YouTube channel. This is a full-time position that allows flexibility in working hours according to your time zone.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential podcast and interview opportunities for our team.
Establish and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, influencers, and industry experts.
Pitch and negotiate interview slots for our team on various platforms.
Secure high-quality guests for our YouTube channel based on our content strategy.
Create and manage a recommended interview list for both us to be interviewed and to be interviewed by others.
Maintain daily reporting on results and activities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in podcast and guest booking, with a track record of successful placements.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities to connect with relevant professionals in the industry.
Excellent research skills to identify suitable platforms and guests.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage scheduling and communication.
Ability to meet daily reporting expectations.

Compensation:
