Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Podcast and Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, you will oversee our podcast content, ensuring it reaches our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Worked for a Physical Therapy clinic doing their social media is a plus
Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms using Metricool or similar tools.
Provide creative direction and ideas to the CEO for social media content.
Collaborate with our podcast editor to gather video content and post it across relevant platforms.
Create engaging scripts and summaries for podcast episodes.
Stay up-to-date with trends and topics relevant to our audience.
Occasionally assist with video editing and background music selection (experience preferred but not required).
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Prior experience managing social media accounts and scheduling posts.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of podcasting platforms and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with video editing software and background music selection is a plus.
Awareness of current trends and interests in the US market.
