Join us as a Podcast and Video Editor where you’ll play a pivotal role in creating high quality audio and video learning experiences for our clients and our wider audience.

We are in the media industry and work closely with journalists, TV producers and radio producers supporting our clients to achieve their dream media goals.

As the Podcast and Video Editor you’ll be responsible for strategising, editing and creating high quality audios and videos. You will also work with the CEO to start a new podcast from scratch and help grow the listenership.

Your responsibilities would include:

1. Work with the CEO to develop and review the audio and video strategy for the company and identify audio and video assets (podcast, audio-based newsletters, private podcasts etc) to improve audience engagement and client learning.

2. Listen to past audio summits, coaching calls and interviews and identify what audio and visual content can be repurposed for new content and implementing this.

3. Audio editing – clean all audio to remove filler words and improving the quality, adding intros, outros, adding tags, adding music.

4. Video podcast editing – adding intros, outros, show notes writing, transcribing, thumbnail, and layout graphics design.

5. Social Media repurposing – create videos/ snippets from recorded materials for social media
Instagram and Facebook.

6. Work with the CEO to start podcast from scratch and develop a plan for the pre-launch, launch and post launch. Help grow the podcast.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 years experience in the following:
1. Podcast Creation and editing
2. Podcast marketing and growth
3. Video Editing
4. Show note writing/ transcribing podcasts
5. Graphic design for thumbnails / layouts

And be a fluent English speaker.
