We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Podcast Manager to join our team. As a Podcast Manager, you will play a crucial role in the production, promotion, and growth of our podcast. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand’s visibility and engage with our audience through compelling audio content.
Responsibilities:
Edit audio: Use editing software to improve recordings, remove errors, and enhance audio quality for a seamless listener experience.
Upload episodes: Ensure timely upload of episodes across various platforms, adhering to a consistent posting schedule.
Promote the podcast: Develop and execute promotional strategies on social media and other channels to increase the listener base.
Find guests or sponsors: Identify and schedule guests for interviews, and collaborate with sponsors for advertising opportunities.
Conduct research: Prepare background research on topics, guests, or audience preferences to enrich podcast content.
Offer feedback: Provide constructive feedback to hosts to enhance show quality and audience engagement.
Track analytics: Monitor podcast analytics and audience feedback to optimise content and marketing strategies.
Create graphics: Design visual assets such as logos, episode covers, and social media graphics to enhance brand identity and attract listeners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Podcast Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in graphic design (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
As well as Youtube management is a plus
Familiarity with podcast analytics tools and social media platforms.
Passion for podcasting, storytelling, and digital media.
