Job Title: Podcast Booking Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re on the lookout for a highly organized, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Podcast Booking Coordinator. This part-time role offers the potential to become a full-time position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate podcast bookings, including scheduling, between hosts and clients.
• Maintain and update booking and contact information spreadsheets meticulously.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with both podcast hosts and clients.
• Proactively remind clients of upcoming podcast appearances and ensure they have all necessary information and materials.
• Serve as the main point of contact for hosts and clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive, “hungry” attitude, driven to achieve results and contribute to the agency’s growth.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets) and communication tools (e.g., email, Slack).
Desirable Qualities:
• Previous experience in coordination or customer service roles, especially within the media, entertainment, or podcasting industry.
• A good understanding of the podcasting landscape and enthusiasm for the medium.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.
