We are seeking a Podcast Content and Social Media Growth Manager whose primary and measured responsibilities will be:
• Building and executing the growth plan for 3 accounts:
1. Christian Business Community
2. TV Show for Entrepreneurs
3. Food Truck Social Engagement
• Key Measurements will be:
– Editing and producing video content for podcasts and socials
– Own the Growth for the 3 distinct and unique brands across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
– Marketing outreach for all 3 distinct and unique brands
The ideal candidate possesses:
A do-whatever-it-takes attitude and takes ownership for their own performance.
A deep understanding of SEO, social media dynamics, engagement strategies, and content optimization to drive organic growth and brand visibility.
Previous experience with podcast editing and growth strategies using tools like PodBean and YouTube to grow engagement.
Has a heart for the audiences we serve.
Responsibilities:
1. Audience Growth Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive audience growth strategies across various social platforms
• Establishes and own the weekly production schedule and keeps everyone in the loop.
• Identify key metrics, conduct analysis, and implement data-driven approaches to increase followers, views, and engagement.
• Utilize SEO best practices and platform algorithms to maximize organic reach.
2. Content Development and Optimization:
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, platform-specific across platforms.
• Optimize content using insights and trends to drive audience engagement and retention.
3. Community Engagement and Management:
• Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with the audience, responding to comments/messages, and initiating discussions.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a positive brand image.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
• Regularly analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on performance.
• Use data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make informed recommendations for improvements.
5. Collaboration and Innovation:
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Has Podcast editing experience with an understanding of how to market podcasts after defining the typical engagers
• Track record of growing social media accounts.
• Expertise in LinkedIn and YouTube audience growth strategies is essential.
• Proficiency in Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Podcasts with a clear understanding of platform dynamics and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
