???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform meticulous audio and video editing of podcast episodes to achieve exceptional quality output.
* Edit clips from episodes to create compelling podcast shorts for promotional and social media purposes.
* Enhance visual engagement through the integration of graphics, captions, and animations.
* Craft comprehensive and captivating show notes that effectively capture episode essence, accurately summarize content, and entice listeners.
* Collaborate closely with producers, hosts, and team members to uphold the podcast’s creative vision and tone.
* Drive continuous enhancement of content quality.
* Ensure polished and error-free content by maintaining keen attention to detail.
* Contribute to the consistent maintenance of production schedules and meeting deadlines.
???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in audio and video editing, including crafting and editing short-form video content for social media platforms, preferably within the podcasting or broadcasting sector.
* Proficiency in utilizing editing software such as Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
* Strong aptitude for written communication, evident in the creation of compelling show notes and promotional materials.
* Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an unwavering commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Possess a creative mindset, facilitating innovative thinking and the contribution of fresh ideas to the team.
