Are you a creative and tech-savvy individual with a passion for storytelling and content creation? Do you have a knack for turning long-form podcast episodes into captivating short clips for Instagram Reels and YouTube? If so, we want you to be part of our team as a Podcast Editor – Content Creator!
Responsibilities:
As a Podcast Editor, your primary responsibilities will include:
Audio Editing: Transform raw podcast content into polished and engaging episodes, ensuring high audio quality and seamless transitions.
Video Editing: Create eye-catching video snippets and promotional content for Instagram Reels and YouTube, adding visually appealing graphics and captions.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with our team to develop a content strategy that maximizes engagement and reach on social media platforms.
English Proficiency: Maintain excellent English language skills to craft compelling copy and captions that resonate with our audience.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to consistently deliver fresh, engaging content.
Feedback Integration: Welcome and implement feedback to refine our content and grow our audience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in audio and video editing.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, etc.).
Exceptional command of the English language for compelling copy and captions.
A creative eye for visual storytelling and the ability to create visually appealing content.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Passion for podcasting and a deep understanding of how to engage and grow an audience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing your editing skills and previous work is highly preferred.
