Job Summary:

We are on the hunt for a talented and creative Podcast Editor to enhance our team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will take the lead in refining podcast content, ensuring it strikes a chord with our audience.

You will need to be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, you will be instrumental in transforming raw video/audio recordings into captivating podcast episodes that bolster our brand identity and engage listeners.

Responsibilities:

Podcast Editing: Utilise Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit raw podcast recordings. This includes syncing footage and audio, cutting segments, integrating sound effects, transitions, and background music where needed, as well as incorporating intro and outro segments to produce polished podcast episodes.

Audio Quality Enhancement: Elevate the auditory experience by improving sound quality, balancing levels, and ensuring consistency with our brand’s audio identity.

Visual Content Creation: Employ Adobe Photoshop skills to design compelling visual assets for episodes, including thumbnails and promotional graphics, to enhance our podcast’s visibility and appeal.

Collaboration: Work closely with our head producer to understand their content vision and preferences.

Content Optimisation: Optimise podcast episodes for distribution across various platforms, ensuring the content is tailored for each channel’s requirements, including duration, format, and metadata enhancements.

Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all edited content adheres to the brand standards, is free from errors, and complies with platform-specific guidelines and copyright laws.

Requirements:
