We’re looking for a skilled Multimedia Editor who specializes in video & audio editing and who can work part-time (15 – 20 hours per week) to become part of our podcast production team – Podcast Management Wiz!

QUALIFICATIONS
– Skilled in video, audio, or graphics editing
– Knows how to use Adobe Premier Pro
– Skills in Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects is a plus
– Submitting a portfolio or work sample is required
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Experience working in companies is NOT required
– Applicants with portfolio or proof of skills are preferred
– Has a proactive and can-do attitude
– Someone who’s willing to learn and can grow
– Almost everything can be Googled. So you must know how to do internet research and can find solutions to simple problems.
We want to choose a teammate who not only has the technical skills but also the soft skills. Our core values:

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Working with Descript and Wavve
– Using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos
– Cleaning up and Mastering Audio
– Working with Canva to produce creatives from templates
– Work with team members to complete the final content needed for podcasts and social media
– Extracting Highlights from Podcasts and turning them into Reels and Cover Images
– Sharing fresh ideas that will help to improve podcast work and help the team. This can be applied later on once training is done and standard of quality is met consistently.
RATE AND HOURS
– There will be training for 3 months to do the assigned tasks once hired.
– We already have processes and systems in place that you can easily follow.
– We also have subscription to tools that you can use.
– Training Work hours required: 10 – 15 hrs. per week (6PM – 9PM)
– Part-time Work hours required 15 – 20 hrs. per week (Flexible)
– After the training, you can designate the days and the hours you will work as long as you meet the weekly output required.
– Available for the weekly team meeting every Monday 6:30 PM.
– Total training allowance offered: P7,000 monthly (10 – 15 hrs. per week)
– Part-time rate: P9,000 monthly – P12,000 (15 – 20 hrs. per week)
– No work on weekends unless Overtime
– Payment can be done through bank transfer
