Podcast Editor/Producer

We’re seeking a talented Podcast Editor and Publisher to join our team and help us elevate our intuitive podcast!

**Role Overview:**
As our Podcast Editor and Publisher, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting compelling audio and video experiences that captivate our listeners. From editing raw recordings to publishing polished episodes, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the narrative and flow of our podcast. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring each episode resonates with our audience and reflects our brand’s vision.

**Responsibilities:**
– Edit raw audio recordings to enhance clarity, pacing, and overall quality
– Edit raw video recordings to create high quality publishable content
– Mix and master audio tracks to achieve optimal sound quality
– Incorporate music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance storytelling
– Collaborate with hosts and producers to develop episode concepts and structure
– Manage podcast publishing schedule and distribution across platforms
– Publish recordings to distribution sites and youtube, as well as other venues as they arise.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in audio production and editing, preferably in podcasting or related fields
– Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity)
– Proficiency with film editing software (Click to view Cut, Premiere Pro, etc)
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
– Ability to write engaging descriptions and copy for each podcast
