Location: Remote (Must be available during Australian business hours)

We are looking for a versatile Podcast Editor/Video Editor who thrives in both long-form and short-form formats across all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Join our lively content team and play a pivotal role in sculpting the narrative and presentation of our podcast videos. This position demands someone who is not only technically proficient but also creatively attuned to producing engaging and impactful content that resonates with our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Edit, assemble, and enhance audio and video content for both long-form podcasts and short-form social media clips.
* Ensure the final product aligns with the intended vision and audience engagement strategies.
* Optimise content for each specific platform, considering the unique requirements and best practices of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
* Implement creative editing techniques to maintain viewer interest and enhance storytelling through visuals and sound.
* Manage workflow to meet deadlines, ensuring a steady stream of content production.
* Maintain archive organisation and handle media assets effectively.
* Keep up-to-date with evolving social media trends to advise and innovate content presentation.
* Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate promotional messages and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in podcast editing and social media content.
* Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and audio editing tools like Audacity or Adobe Audition.
* Experience with graphics and motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects.
* A keen understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms and how to cater content accordingly.
* Creative storytelling abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and an ear for good narrative pacing.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
* Strong communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
