THE ROLE:
In the podcast manager role, you will be responsible for making sure everything goes smoothly with our clients podcasts from a production & publishing standpoint.
One of our existing team members will be responsible for “onboarding” new podcasts and getting them live through episode 4. Once a show is live and on a weekly recurring cadence, you will be responsible for making sure it goes live every week and that it meets our quality standards.
>You will be handling 15-25 podcasts over time.
>You will make sure everything is published on schedule. This includes coordinating with contractors (audio editors, writers, video editors) and making sure we never miss a publish date
>Notify guests when their episodes go live and share emails with promo materials with them.
>Oversee the publishing VA who publishes all of the episodes.
>QA and responsible for making sure everything looks accurate when it goes live, nothing slipping through the cracks.
>Checking Riverside for new recordings each week and loading those new recordings into the production flow.
>Handling the submission forms for each episode recording that comes through
>Handling guest approval flows when guests require approval before publishing live.
>Schedules out the social posts with a VA via our social post system.
>Ensure all graphics are all in document
>Ensure all links in the document & correct
EXPECTATIONS
If you choose to join us, these would be your goals for the year.
>Ramp up in your first 60 days to manage the podcast production & publishing flow for ~15 podcasts.
>Over the course of the year, become more efficient in your role and grow to being able to handle 20-25 podcasts in total.
>Show up to weekly team meetings and become a part of the Content Allies culture.
