Podcast Manager

**OVERVIEW**

I am seeking a passionate and highly organized Virtual Podcast Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process and promotion of my podcast series. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of podcasting, strong project management skills, and a creative approach to audience engagement and growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

– Assisting in setting up the podcast system and developing a comprehensive podcast launch and marketing strategy, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies.
– Project management, including overseeing the podcast production timeline and ensuring timely delivery of episodes.
– Professional audio editing, mixing, and mastering of recorded episodes, including the addition of intros, outros, and background music.
– Podcast video editing and content repurposing for various social media platforms.
– Writing show notes and managing the publishing process on different podcast directories.
– Managing all aspects of podcast publishing, including episode uploading, creation of graphics, and scheduling on the website and social media.
– Providing graphic design support for podcast-related materials, including banners, artwork, and promotional graphics.
– Conducting guest research and managing guest communication and scheduling.
– Creating a checklist for podcast launch requirements and episode production.
– Submission to all podcast directories and ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
– Monitoring podcast performance metrics, analyzing audience insights, and preparing regular reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
– Handling other tasks such as creating research on top-performing episodes, data mining, administrative support, and managing social media accounts.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

– Proven experience in podcast management, showcasing proficiency in audio editing, content repurposing, and social media management.
– Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
– Experience in graphic design and knowledge of podcast setup and publishing processes.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
– A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and podcasting.
