1. **Platform Management:** Knowledgeably manage and update our podcasts on various platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Squarespace, and more, ensuring that new episodes are uploaded promptly and accurately.
2. **Content Promotion:** Develop and execute promotion strategies for each podcast, leveraging social media sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
3. **Audience Engagement:** Foster a strong connection with our podcast audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback, and encouraging listener interaction.
4. **Analytics and Reporting:** Track podcast performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
5. **Guest Coordination:** Collaborate with podcast hosts and producers to schedule guest appearances, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth episode production.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards for audio quality, metadata, and show descriptions across all podcast platforms.
