Our organization is a digital content agency seeking skilled individuals to join our team.
The job responsibilities include:
Managing social media accounts
Posting engaging content on the designated platform
Facilitating communication and interactions with followers
Tracking and organizing sales data
Organising podcast episodes, approving show notes, approving titles
Organising the team and making sure all projects are submitted by the deadlines
Set up campaigns for email marketing
Liaise with directors on growing the business
Researching innovative ways to grow the business and help our clients make an impact
Create social media posts and respond to client DMs
Create social media content calender and come up with new and innovative ideas
Source graphic designers and content creators when needed
Use these platforms: Mailchimp, Trello, Notion, Loomly
This is a PART-TIME Position to start. The working hours are 8am-1pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) or 10am-5pm AWST.

There is significant potential for growth within our company, allowing for increased earning opportunities based on performance. Commission-based incentives are possible.
While prior experience is advantageous, we provide comprehensive training through our system. Hourly rates will increase over time with consistent success. We are seeking individuals who can grow alongside our agency, benefitting mutually from our progress.

Training will be provided, and a paid probationary period of 30 days will be in effect.
