Position:
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the distribution and growth of our podcast, leveraging innovative strategies to enhance our reach and engagement. This role involves a mix of content creation, strategic planning, and execution to drive growth and establish Churn FM as the go-to resource in its niche.
Tasks:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase podcast visibility, listener base, and engagement across various platforms.
Create compelling promotional materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, to attract and retain listeners.
Manage and optimize the use of social media channels (including TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram) to drive growth and foster a community of engaged listeners.
Collaborate with the production team to identify key themes and generate creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand listener behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
Explore and establish partnerships and collaborations with relevant influencers, brands, and platforms to expand reach.
Stay updated with the latest trends in podcast marketing and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience. Podcast experience is a big plus.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing digital platforms or products.
Exceptional creativity and experience in creating marketing assets that engage and captivate audiences.
Strong understanding of social media strategies, especially on TikTok and LinkedIn, with a track record of leveraging these platforms for growth.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics and analytics tools to guide marketing decisions.
Bonus: Experience in the podcasting industry or a strong interest in churn, retention, and subscription business models.
