Podcast Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Podcast Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify, research, and pitch potential podcast partners for our founders to feature on. You will work closely with one of our founding partners to understand their goals and target audience, and use your expertise to develop a targeted list of potential podcast partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and decision-makers, and negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Identify and research potential podcast partners for our team based on their goals and target audience
– Build and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and decision-makers
– Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships for our clients
– Collaborate with our founders to develop pitch materials and outreach strategies
– Track and report on the success of partnerships

About You:

Core qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in outreach, public relations, or marketing
– Strong understanding of the podcast industry, including current trends and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
– Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
