THE ROLE:
-Content Allies produces B2B podcasts for our clients.
-You will be acting as the “Podcast Producer” for our clients. You will need to have experience not just editing audio for podcasts, but acting as a full producer. This involves planning the show, guiding the client through the process, making creative decisions, and overcoming obstacles.
-You will be working alongside Jake Jorgovan, the founder of the company in the early days to onboard clients, build their podcast strategy, and do all of the necessary steps to get their podcast launched. Eventually, you will run podcast onboardings on your own.
-This role will involve many tasks such as:
-Conducting live onboarding calls with clients
-Brainstorming & conceptualizing show names & strategy
-Working with a designer on show artwork and concepts
-Writing copy & descriptions of podcasts
-Writing podcast scripts & sponsor plugs
-Writing podcast website copy
-Coordinating with the guest scheduling team to identify, target, and schedule the ideal guests for the podcast. (We have a dedicated team who focuses just on guest scheduling)
-Answering client questions
-Consulting client on recording questions & equipment
-Listening to podcast episodes and providing guests feedback
-Helping our clients achieve their business targets with the podcast
-Checking in with clients regularly to make sure they are happy
-Coordinating with guest launches
-You will be paired with another lead producer on each account, so for your first 6-12 months you will act as an “Associate Producer” until we feel you are ready to step up into a lead producer role.
-We have current onboarding and podcast management systems in place. There is a “checklist of items” to work through for each account, but each item often involves some creativity, writing, and decision-making that you will have to do at a strategic level.
-You will not be building a system from scratch, but instead operating within one that is already built and improving upon it.
EXPECTATIONS
If you choose to join us, these would be your goals for the year.
1. Step into the role as associate producer for at least 10 accounts. It will be your job to keep everything organized and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
2. Lead calls with clients on your own when your producer is not available.
3. Grow in your experience and confidence to take on a lead producer role in 6-12 months.

2. Compensation – Compensation will vary based on experience. We will design a comp plan that is focused around a base pay + incentives for the revenue from podcasts you manage. You will be incentivized so that the more podcasts you manage, and the longer clients retain, the more you will be paid.
