Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced podcast producer to join our team and help us create compelling and engaging content for our podcast. As a podcast producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality output.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire podcast production process, including pre-production, recording, editing, and post-production.
Collaborate with the host(s) to develop and refine the podcast’s creative direction, format, and content.
Conduct research and gather materials for episodes, including interview subjects, topics, and relevant information.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and recording sessions, both in-studio and remote.
Handle audio editing, including trimming, balancing audio levels, and enhancing the overall sound quality.
Add intros, outros, music, and sound effects as needed to enhance the podcast’s production value.
Ensure that episodes are delivered on schedule and meet established quality standards.
Manage and maintain the podcast’s publishing schedule, including uploading episodes to hosting platforms.
Monitor listener feedback and engage with the audience, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in podcast production.
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a podcast producer or in a similar audio production role.
Proficiency with audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools.
Strong technical skills in recording and editing audio, including knowledge of sound mixing and audio enhancement techniques.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves working closely with hosts, guests, and team members.
A passion for podcasting and a deep understanding of the medium’s unique storytelling and production techniques.
Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and distribution channels.
