The Podcast Producer at Ataande & Advisors plays a pivotal role in coordinating, producing, and promoting engaging podcast content. This position involves scheduling recordings, managing technical aspects, and ensuring a seamless flow of conversation during episodes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about storytelling and audio production. With experience in podcasting or related fields, the Podcast Producer will collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional strategies while staying abreast of industry trends. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of podcasting and amplify diverse voices in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Depending on the volume of work and the number of episodes we are looking at producing, we should consider hiring a part-time producer initially. As the podcast grows and the workload increases, this position can transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule podcast recordings with Achumboro and entrepreneurs.
Manage the overall flow of conversations during episodes to ensure engaging content.
Ensure technical aspects of the recording, including audio quality and connectivity, are optimal.
Foster positive guest relations and ensure a comfortable recording environment.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop episode concepts and themes.
Monitor industry trends and suggest creative ideas for enhancing the podcast’s quality and reach.
Assist in post-production tasks as needed, including editing, uploading, and publishing episodes.
Manage podcast-related communication and correspondence.

Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in podcast production, preferably in a managerial or coordination capacity.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in audio editing software and technical understanding of recording equipment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for podcasts, entrepreneurship, and storytelling.
