#### Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and creative Podcast Producer to join our team. Your primary role will be to evaluate the full catalog of podcast episodes to find recurring themes and topics, gain client approval, and then use audio software to extract clips and assemble them into new super cut episodes. This role is essential in helping us provide high-quality, theme-based content for our clients.

#### Responsibilities:
– **Identify Recurring Themes**: Listen to entire podcast series and identify recurring themes and topics.
– **Client Collaboration**: Present identified themes to clients for approval and incorporate feedback.
– **Audio Editing**: Use audio software to extract relevant clips and assemble them into engaging super cut episodes.
– **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all super cuts meet the high standards of our agency and client expectations.
– **Daily Reports**: Send a daily report detailing completed tasks and ongoing projects.

#### Required Technical Skills and Experience:
– **Audio Editing**: Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand).
– **Advanced Audio Techniques**: Knowledge of advanced audio editing techniques and effects.
