Podcast Producer Extraordinaire

Are you an audio and video genius looking to use your creativity?

We’re looking for an experienced audio and video editor/producer SUPERHERO to help us elevate the quality of our podcast, increase our social media followings, and help us create online video courses.

Must be FAST, reliable and have previous experience in editing audio and video projects, including editing videos for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube Shorts). You must be a self-starter with good attention to detail, creativity and excellent English.

Your responsibilities would include:
Combine “raw” audio and video from podcast interviews into a finished product, adding intro music, advertisements, audio balancing/mixing, and other elements.
Create 3-5 small clips from each episode to repurpose to YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn adjusting formatting, adding captions, music, and on-screen graphics to enhance the viewer experience.
Upload finished products to each platform along with show notes, artwork, links, etc (we’ll teach you how to do this. It’s simple!)
Using Canva, create artwork for each episode using information and graphics we provide (this is all template based and very simple to learn).
Edit and mix video content for online courses, workshops and webinars.
Edit and mix 5 weekly social media videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) adjusting formatting, adding captions, music, and on-screen graphics to enhance the experience.
Help track projects from start to finish using Trello (we can teach you)

You don’t need to have these skills to be hired. But if you have them, it would be an advantage:
Social media management experience
Copywriting, editing and proofreading experience.
Proficient in Canva, Audacity, WordPress, and Google Drive products
Experience in SEO and/or website optimization.

We currently release an episode every two to four weeks with a goal to release one episode a week.

Work Hours and Holidays: This is a part-time position. Schedule is completely flexible. You pick your hours, just make sure you get the work done. We’ll be working off a content schedule so you’ll know what’s expected every week. We honor all Filipino holidays.

Salary: Up to $10/hr depending on experience

Perks & Benefits: Once you complete a 6 month probation, you will get 13th month.

Career Potential: Our hope is that we find a rockstar who can grow into a full time position eventually doing all of the podcast production and social media management (but we know this takes time and training, which we’ll give you). Our podcast has been going since 2015 so we’re established and profitable. The company is expanding into online courses and workshops in 2024.
