I am on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Executive Assistant to join my team.

Role Overview:

This pivotal role will not only provide exceptional support and manage my social media, help with podcast production, and ensure excellent customer care. The ideal candidate will possess a natural aptitude for leadership, a competitive spirit, and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Care Excellence: Take direct ownership of client care, ensuring top-notch service for all our clients.
* Leadership in Client Interactions: Lead and manage client interactions, providing clear communication and personalized support throughout the process.
* Social Media Posting and Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts to enhance online presence and engage with the audience effectively.
* Podcast Producer: Assist in launching the podcast, editing episodes, posting them online, and advertising to ensure seamless production without logistical involvement.
* Customer Care: Send emails to potential clients considering hiring me as a speaker, and remind me to record and send a personalized video hello to these clients.
* Personal and Professional Growth: Continuously seek opportunities for development, striving to be the best version of yourself.
* Client Satisfaction Strategies: Implement and improve strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Proactive Issue Resolution: Assertively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a positive and successful experience.

Proven experience in a client care or executive assistant role.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make confident decisions.
* Competitive mindset with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate well to a diverse range of clients and team members.
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
* Familiarity with High Level and KV Core platforms is highly desirable.
* Experience in social media management and podcast production is a plus.
