Podcast Production Assistant

**The Role:**
We are on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-oriented Podcast Production Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who excels at keeping things orderly and enjoys multitasking. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure that our podcast production process is seamless and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in planning and organising podcast production schedules.
– Edit podcast episodes using advanced audio editing software, ensuring the audio output is of the highest quality. Experience with Descript is advantageous, but expertise in other audio editing platforms is equally valuable.
– Create compelling and visually appealing graphics for podcast episodes using Canva.
– Manage and update project management tools to track tasks and deadlines.
– Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and align with team goals.
– Provide administrative support as needed.

**Requirements:**
– Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
– Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in audio editing with experience in professional audio editing software. Willingness to adapt and learn specific software as needed.
– Experience in creating graphics with Canva.
– Excellent command of the English language, capable of making accurate editorial decisions and crafting impactful social media captions. The candidate should be able to discern AI-generated content quality, distinguishing between meaningful content and fluff.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
