Requirements:
• Have worked as a project manager before, overseeing multiple other people, deadlines, and production schedules.
• Have an understanding of podcasts or Youtube channels, how they work, the process of editing and production.
• An attitude of being hungry and driven to success, and a desire to be curious and learn continuously.
• Incredible communication skills – needs to be able to lead a team and explain things concisely and clearly, as well as communicate with clients.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, , Canva, YouTube Studio
• Available to work weekends and eventually transition to full-time

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee podcast production (audio editing, video editing, episode descriptions, content creation, publishing of episodes)
– Ensure all team members are aware of and meet deadlines
– Address team members’ questions regarding their tasks
– Perform quality control on all content created by the team
– Prepare and manage essential podcast documentation and templates
– Assist the COO with tasks as needed
– Organize and secure all podcast-related files and materials
– Ensure seamless communication across team channels like Slack and
