About Us:
I am an author, speaker, mentor, and podcaster with a passion for wealth consciousness and identity alignment. Our flagship podcast, “The Wealth Alchemist Podcast,” is on pause, and I am excited to introduce our new project, “UNMASKED: The Real, Raw, and Untold Stories of Success.” I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to be the support that keeps things together and moving behind my podcast, social media content, graphics, and email support.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant with the UNMASKED Podcast, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. Your responsibilities will include:
Podcast Production: Editing raw audio/video, adding intros/outros, and managing podcast feeds weekly.
Content Distribution: Creating show notes, publishing them on our blog, and sending episode emails to our audience.
Social Media Magic: Crafting engaging content for social media platforms, including reels, quotes, carousels, and stories..
Graphics & Branding: Designing social media graphics, FB banners, and event graphics using our branding and logos.

Email Assistance: Assisting in email management and response to our growing audience.
Research and Outreach: Supporting research for guest appearances on other podcasts and speaking engagements.
With room for growth as we grow.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should:
Be proficient in podcast management using Buzzsprout.
Have experience with CRM systems like Kartra
Be familiar with WordPress for blog feed management.
Be skilled in graphic design, preferably using Canva.
Be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Your core responsibilities will include:
Producing a weekly podcast and creating accompanying social media content.
Sending weekly email updates to our subscriber list.
Supporting day-to-day business tasks as they arise.
Conducting research and potentially reaching out to potential podcast and speaking opportunities.
