Job Description:
As a Podcast Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the creation and execution of our podcast episodes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process, ensuring that our shows are delivered with exceptional audio quality, engaging content, and on schedule. Your expertise in audio editing, video editing, and content optimization will be key in crafting compelling episodes that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:
– Edit raw audio recordings to enhance sound quality, remove errors, and ensure a seamless listening experience.
-Enhance the visual quality and seamless viewing experience by editing raw video recordings, eliminating errors, and refining the content.
– Incorporate music, sound effects, and other creative elements to enhance the overall production value.
– Optimize podcast episodes for distribution on various platforms, following best practices for tagging, metadata, and SEO.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in podcast production, audio editing, and video editing.
– Proficiency in audio and video editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools.
– Strong writing and editing skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices for podcasting and experience with metadata optimization.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Graphic design skillset greatly appreciated and compensated for.
